Erika Diehl
b. 1976, Western American

Erika Diehl grew up in the Alaskan wilderness and now makes her home in the Chihuahua Desert. She paints the act of looking, the dialectic of interior and exterior and the experience of time through color. Through the idiom of landscape she explores the poetics of the border.
